P. I. G. S. : Poor Indian Graduate Students By Anish Sadanandan
Book pigs in the parlor online S is definitely worth a read Anish Sadanandan has reproduced his own life in ink in a manner of total truthfulness few authors would stick to It is his life story from the hilarious Pee Pee erect during his childhood to his admission at Norwester Univesity for the sake of his partner his story speaks loads how Indian graduate students are seen in foreign shores and definitely is a guide for people who do not want to screw up their lives in the author s case just for maintaining a relationship Verdict Apart from a few scenes even hardcore lovers would blush this book can be said to be an extremely engaging and joyous read It is funny it is truthful and it is down to earth Definitely a 4 out of 5 Humor and Comedy Contemporary Young Adult Quite a nice and touching end You made me thinking of my life Humor and Comedy Contemporary Young Adult I think the title is very misleading as the author seems to be boasting about his own personal sexual conquests rather than talking about an experience of a Poor Indian graduate student which is an entire subject to be discussed in itself I do applaud the author for being bold enough to talk about his personal life in print though at the risk of and he completely succeeds in portraying himself as a complete dick and a rather lost creature save for the last chapter I appreciate the honesty in the feelings towards family. Book pigs in the parlor online However putting the substance of the book aside I was terribly disappointed with the poor editing and numerous spelling mistakes bare in place of bear etc and utter lack of punctuation The author himself acknowledges that he is prone to making quite a few such errors but in the age of auto correct I find them unacceptable To not have proof read your own draft before publication is in very poor taste especially when you make it a point to mock other Desis for doing the same The book does have a few funny moments but is mostly a repetitive and slightly boring cycle of all kinds of women entering and leaving the author s life and how they woefully ruined his life bit by bit Yawn. P. I. G. S. booking At the end of the day in spite of a glossary this is a book strictly for a Desi audience what with all the unnecessary drama I do know the author personally and as much as I d like to appreciate anyone s ability to author and may I add get a book published it leaves a lot to be desired especially in the area of substance. P. I. G. S. contemporary kitchen I hope he can fire his editor and hone his humor to write a better book next time Humor and Comedy Contemporary Young Adult
