The book perfectly paces a relationship between them that is rocky and quite eventful Serina as a search and rescue volunteer has quite a bit of her own adventure and throw in rockstar stalker drama makes this book very interesting. There were a few grammatical errors but this story was so good I m hoping to read by this author 216 This book was available through Kindle Unlimited This is by first book by this author With only 2 reviews I thought I would give it a try based on the blurb The writing is very good with the exception of some needed editing The most distracting would be the heroines name going from Serina to Sarina numerous times The author also tends to be very descriptive sometimes to the point of repetition causing to me skim a lot This review may contain mild spoilers. Serina is a Landscape designer and lives in Utah She is to give a quote for the new home being built next door When she arrives she is pretty much told to wait at the road for the architect by a Surly Guy The architect stands her up so she heads home Surly Guy turns out the be rock star Dane Jacks but Serina has no clue who he is That is what he likes most about her.

I am enough of an animal lover to suspend my cynical thinking and just go with it Disney would be proud 216

Landscape architect Serina Sanderson is content with her thriving business and rescued German Sheppard puppies so when she arrives to bid on a new project only to be rudely ejected from the property she thinks she is done The home may intrigue her but the owner certainly does not She doesn t have the patience to put up with people who have no respect for her time or talent She dropped out of the rat race to avoid the rats Even if this particular rat looks amazing in a pair of old blue jeans Dane Jacks has reached the pinnacle of his career and has the bad boy reputation to prove it When the wild parties and wilder women start to feel a little old he decides to build a quite retreat in the Wasatch Mountains This will be his kingdom and he is determined to control every aspect of it Too bad Serina never got the memo Rock Star Romance.

Wonderfully written with a strong female character Serina is excellent She has a strong work ethic lots of compassion and very sensibly disposed She s beautiful but unattainable after what she suffered with her first husband s betrayal With a blooming career in landscape design she meets Dane that and the fact she treats him like a normal guy After he goes and apologizes to her the next day she agrees to do the work Serina has come off a terrible marriage and is somewhat of a hermit with no interest in men She lives her life alone with the exception of her dogs Tia and Uno and the wildlife around her home She is a foster for a dog rescue organization she volunteers for the local fire station and search and rescue. The story revolves around her doing his landscape and their getting to know each other There is very little drama in this book There is a little stalker activity once news of Dane s new girl gets out to the public The bands manager causes some problems not liking the fact Dane wants to tour less and spend time with Serina There is some touring with the band but all in all its a love story with a slow build and a HEA If you are looking for a sweet read this is the book for you 216 Rock StarYou don t have to be a loose woman to snag a rockstar Just be a independent woman with a good work ethic and oreals Imagine. Loved the book 216 A Little Bit of EverythingI was drawn to this book for three reasons 1 Rock Star my preferred genre 2 German Sheppard Puppies and 3 Wasatch Mountains in Utah where I actually spent one Christmas snowmobiling. Her newest client building an enormous house down the road from her is Dane Jacks rock star The story has Dane interested in Serina almost from the start mainly because she doesn t know who he is and doesn t care when she finds out Dane is sincere but makes a stupid rock star mistake Thankfully its handled in a mature manner There is danger intrigue and a fairly obvious villain to contend with but Serina is the real star of the story she is a superwoman landscape designer on the volunteer fire department search and rescue team markswoman and a little Snow White thrown in as she has a momma and baby deer that practically live at her house but while I could eye roll here.

A rockstar who when building his house meets up with his landscape designer: Serina Sanderson had known heartbreak and heartache she is extremely content living in this beautiful vista with her 2 Sheppard rescues and her thriving Landscaping business
